The request to increase the price of electricity has been made in the context of the November 2021 fuel price adjustment.
NEPRA says Central Power Purchasing Agency (CPPA) has submitted request for price hike.
NEPRA said that the request to increase the price of electricity will be heard on December 29, 2021.
Even through the October 2021 fuel price adjustment, the price of electricity has already gone up by Rs. 5 per unit.
