Lahore: According to the details, bad news has been told to millions of customers of Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO). On the one hand, consumers are receiving heavy bills even in winter, on the other hand, the important facility given to electricity consumers has also been abolished.
      According to media reports, LESCO has imposed a ban for an undefined period on installing electricity bills. It is reported that LESCO has banned the instalments of bills of domestic, commercial and industrial consumers.      From now on, an instalment facility will not be provided to domestic consumers even on one monthly electricity bill.

According to LESCO sources, in order to achieve the recovery targets, it was decided to ban the facility of instalment of electricity bills.

It has been reported that consumers who have not paid their bills for more than 2 or 3 months will have their electricity disconnected.
     A notice has been posted on the doors of all LESCO offices banning the payment of electricity bills.
